Please note that all fields with an asterisk are compulsory. Incomplete or inaccurate submission will be rejected by the administrator.
An email will be sent to the email account registered with us to inform of successful acceptance of your company record in our database or if rejected, reasons will be stated.
Login ID and Password reset
a. What will be my login ID and password?
The login ID will be the Company Registration Number and the password will be the one selected when you first signed up.
b. How do I change my password?
1. Login to the Suppliers' Web Database.
2. Scroll down until you see the “Submitter” heading.
3. Enter existing password and new password.
c. What if I forgot my password?
Click here to retrieve it. After submitting your Company Registration Number, the password will be sent to the email account of person who had signed up for your company’s record.
d. What if I forgot my password and the email address given is no longer in used?
Click here to contact the administrator to update contact information. A new password will be sent to the email address of the new contact person.
Update of Company’s Record
a. How do I update my company's record?
Log into the database with your Company Registration Number as your Login ID and selected password.
Your company's record will be retrieved from the system for your updating. Click submit to send the request to the administrator who will approve your update.
b. How long will my record be in the database?
All records will be kept in the database as long as the database is still in-function.
Do update your record in our database regularly to ensure information provided is updated and accurate.
c. How do I ensure that my record will show up when users search for relevant products?
Do fill up the category portion of your record as detailed as possible.
For example, instead of keying in "Medical Products" under the Details section, it is better to list down the types of medical products that your company is supplying. For example, syringes, needles, bandages, gauzes, dressing pads etc.
Please do not leave "Brand" and "Details" blank.
